This is quite simple. We will book a call to go over your business, what your needs are and what you are currently doing. From there, we come up with a bookkeeping plan that works for both of us.

We are completely virtual! Most of my clients are spread out throughout the province. We do appointments over the phone or via Google Meet. All bank statements, expenses, receipts or documents can be sent via a shared drive between us.
No, I am not a CPA, I cannot sign off on financial statements. My role is to prepare statements for you, and then it goes to your accountant for final review and sign off. I work with your CPA at year end too make sure everything is prepared for them, so you don't have too.
Yes, it's always recommended to work with a bookkeeper as well. Typically, you will save money as the costs are less to have a bookkeeper do all your day-to-day entries and fewer year-end adjusting entires for your accounting to complete.
As often as you would like. Some businesses have more transactions and would like things done weekly, while others only need books updated monthly. On our initial call, we can discuss what you are looking for and what would work best for your business.
